Our goal is to support a series of workshops, discussions and facilitated spaces that share knowledge and facilitate collaborative learning around issues of race, class, ability, gender, mental health, spirituality, ethnicity, indigeneity, and citizenship in relation to queerness.” This event is at the U of A at The Landing and is free!

OMG IT’S OUR NEXT MIXER! NEF is hosting a free, all-ages event to help those of you wanting to play music meet potential bandmates. Old pros and brand newbies are encouraged to attend. Make a band to get on your very own weekend update! 2PM-4PM at Harcourt House.
Pride Art Night is a collaborative, interactive art event on U of A campus celebrating LGBTQ+ artists – students, alumni and community members. The evening will feature art performances from spoken word artists, poets and musicians as well as visual artists. Entrance is by donation, with free food!
Over at Clint’s Haus, 4 artists will create 4 paintings in 4 hours to a shifting soundtrack of live local musicians, which will include experimental harp pop act Feverfew and Edronet (2 shows in 2 days!).
Screamo angels I Hate Sex will be playing at Bohemia with the cool-as-hell shadow pop act We Knew, from Calgary.
